How will my order be packaged?
Prints are wrapped with acid-free paper for their protection during transit; are rolled loosely and sent in a heavy-duty, reinforced roll package.
Originals are sent flat in a high quality acrylic glass shipping frame, fully padded and supported in secure packaging.
How long will my ordered artwork take to arrive?
Orders will usually arrive within 5-10 working days worldwide. All items are shipped with tracking so you can check when your order is due to arrive.
How much does shipping and packaging cost?
Shipping is free, worldwide, on all orders over £180.
All orders are shipped tracked and insured.
If your order is to be shipped outside of the UK, you are responsible for any local tax/duties.
Do you accept returns?
We take care to deliver your product in perfect condition and ensure you will be delighted with your purchase. However, should you not be satisfied, you can return your order in re-saleable condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement. If your order arrives damaged we will replace it promptly.
